Make Dinner Reservations – Order online before Feb 2 for discount (just $36). Price increased to $45 on Feb 3, until Feb 15 when online reservation closes. Plan to attend the Chicago/Milwaukee area Dinner on Feb 22. You may pay with credit card or PayPal online or optionally send in a check. We are almost at room capacity so do not delay.

Order an AD – Sorry if you missed the printed tribute book deadline. Late art work and ad payment after Feb 2nd 3rd & 4th deadlines will only appear in an electronic web version, posted on our web site just after the event.
